The “Young Knights” – our Steinburg apprentices – pick up the torch in Steinburgs Restaurant on special days and will show their talents.
Without the testing eye of their supervisors, they are autonomisly planning, creating and serving a special menu with corresponding wines and aperitif.
Let them take you on a journey through the different cuisines: Classical French, aromatic Arabic or exotic Asian. Everyone will find something to his own taste.
Be eager to see what happens when experience and Know-How collide with juvenile enthusiasm and creativity!
