19.00 – Welcome and fire tongs punch, musically accompanied by the “3 Franconians with the double bass”.

The evening begins for you at 7 pm with a hot Feuerzangenbowle on our wintry terrace, with a view of the city of Würzburg. Warm, blazing fire bowls provide a festive and cozy atmosphere. The welcome of our guests is accompanied by live music of the 3 Franconians with the double bass.
Afterwards, the kitchen party can begin in the various festive rooms of the Steinburg. Numerous live cooking stations invite you to feast and marvel. Look over the shoulders of our trained chefs as delicious dishes are created for the New Year’s Eve buffet. At the stations, you can taste your way through the various specialties as you please.
